Hello everyone. I, not so long ago, began to engage in breeding Ladybirds at home. There is very little information about this on the Internet. There is no one to consult and discuss current issues with. Everyone doesn't take my increase seriously.
In this regard, look for like-minded people. And, perhaps, patrons of art.
The topic is very interesting and promising (in terms of finances).

Why fools?! Is biological plant protection stupid? And they buy them because they are not always there where they are needed. And quantity matters, too.

Biological protection of plants is done by completely different methods than pouring out of a box of several tens or hundreds of the most common cows in nature everywhere, which are paid for by the piece, and then they will fly everywhere. So your business is a complete scam. And yes, the phrase "ladybugs" is written in lowercase letters, unless you are the founder of a new religion smile.gif. I looked in the group-the kingdom of maracobesia. The plant from which you liked to get a catch-never sow thistle, but field bodyak, and never prickly.

Like-minded people who breed suckers? I'm not sure if this is the right place.

Hello! I've bred ladybirds before, but not for sale, but to observe the life cycle. In general, it is quite simple: in the summer you go to the aphid plants and look for their larvae there. Then you will find ~20 pieces-take a lot of leaves with aphids and put them in a jar with larvae. Then there will be the pupa-larval pupation stage and wait until the beetles hatch.

In principle, you can breed, but my livestock often died, and the adults did not want to mate.

I don't recommend selling it-it's unlikely that anyone will buy it.

And what do ladybirds eat, by the way?

Aphids, of course.
