There is some mistake about identifying of this species, I know the right name of it. As for taxonomy, its place is still being classified, but in Zabaikal'ye region most probably this should be Actias gnoma (by the way, added in the Regional Red List) or, in case the taxonomy will be changed somehow, Actias artemis.
These caterpillars are not Acronicta. Two rear glands mean Lymantriidae, next, Euproctis similis.
