It's my first time. I have a green one.

The second year I bring them out, and I noticed that males come out of green pupae, and females come out of brown ones. Maybe it's just me? Or does sex of the insect depend on the color? Has anyone else some ideas on this?

Any pupa has only one age stage - the first, and it is also the last)
These are different color variations.

Are these age stages or just color variations?
