Photographer's comment: The swallowtail has recently got free from the shell of the pupa, and still cannot fly. The larva was found at the end of September or at the very beginning of October 2015 on our land at the village of Falelleevo, Pereslavl-Zalessky district. It was placed into a glass jar and moved to the town. The caterpillar ate nothing and very soon became a pupa. Till the end of March the jar was on the balcony, then in a refrigerator at a temperature of +4...+6 Celsius degree. Eventually, on May 31, it was placed in a living room. The butterfly emerged on the afternoon of the 9th June. The next day, the butterfly flew away. There is no comments in English so far.
