From the 3 options presented can be discarded Acleris caerulescens, because front wings in the middle of the costal margin in this species without recess.
Remains 2 species. A. emargana and A. issikii. In both species, in the middle of the costal margin per.krl.est recess along which there is a dark color (the same in both species). However, in the first case (A. emargana), this stain does not produce any barbs and the second (A.issikii) this painting forms an obtuse undulations (3-4 obtuse teeth). In general, I'm for option Acleris issikii Oku, 1957

Sash, too cautious, too, and looked before writing, these two. But emargana never seen such clear and thin horizontal lines are blurred. And all the revised (especially the Japanese) caerulescens white Zonke much wider. In the literature (from the review of Dubatolov tortricidae) and both types issikii caerulescens listed from Southern Primorye.

Acleris emargana may be necessary to be very careful, very volatile, or Acleris caerulescens such as the Far East as desirable to know who is usual who found the literature. as well as for those images that are in the net, it is very similar to A. issikii. :)))

With high probabilityAcleris issikiimet several times images, including here and http://homepage2.nifty.com/shikokuga/z42hamakiga http://www.jpmoth.org/Tortricidae/Tortricinae/Acleris_issikii.html .html. Perhaps, it can be inaccurate, given the number of species Acleris the RFE.
