I agree with Irina. This is Olethreutes subretractus. In the catalog published in 2008 (Catalog of Lepidoptera) Russian Federation, 2008), it is not specified.

Olethreutinae sp. It's very similar to Olethreutes subretractus, which we don't have in our Catalog http://www.jpmoth.org/Tortricidae/Olethreutinae/Olethreutes_subretractus.html It's possible that he hid somewhere in another village, but I can't check it now.
