Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species
- Body length: 14-18 mm. Unlike Staphylinus caesareus @ @ the scutellum is covered with yellow hairs. Pronotum base without hairline. Only 3 last abdominal tergites with hair spots. The last segment of the hind leg is longer than the first segment. [249].
