Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species
- Wingspan 50-65 mm. UP is black with greenish spots, UnH with a short dark red-centered costal bar parallel to the black basal band. Subsp. evemonidesusually with FW cell spots narrower, but the spot at end-cell bar broader than those ofAxion. [144].
