Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species
- Wingspan 135-160 mm. Similar to T. amphrysus, but thorax beneath with second and third segment reddened; HW (hind - wing) in male has strongly tinted with green, HW in female having submarginal spots separated from marginal spots whereas those of the former species usually conjoined. It is usually confined to high elevation above 750 meters. [144].
