Distribution
- Regions of the Russian Federation: the Lower Amur, Seaside. [3].
- Japan ( Hokkaido, Honshu, Kyushu ), Korea, China (up to Tibet).- Valley and mountain broad-leaved and mixed forests. [204].
Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species
- The forewings are reddish-brown, the veins are not dark. Round and kidney-shaped spots are formed by light edging lines. The inner and outer bandages are expressed by smooth red-brown lines. The sub-edge field is darker than the edge field. The hindwings are grayish yellow in the upper part, dark grey in the inner part. [204].
