Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species

  • The species is similar in appearance to Mythimna turca, but the wing color is pale reddish-brown in contrast to the intense red-brown of the turca. The PCs are dotted with short cross strokes. Kidney-shaped spot in the form of a white dot with a blurred faint shade (in turca – a clear white transverse stroke). [204].
