stenibergmani Bryk, 1941 a good, independent, separate from militaris views. This was shown in the publication Oleg Pekarsky (2014) Contribution to the knowledge of Noctuidae fauna of Bering island. FIBIGERIANA SUPPLEMENT: VOLUME 2. 177-200 pp. color plates 299-304 pp. It must be removed from the subspecies militaris. So stenibergmani independent type with one synonymous - Rhyacia stenibergmani poverina Bryk, 1942.
