Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species
- The length of the forewing is 2 cm, the color is orange-purple-brown, the characteristic feature is a silvery V-shaped spot. The hindwings are grey-brownish. A similar — looking species, Autographa pulchrina, has another small silvery spot next to the V-shaped one, and the main color of the forewings is darker. [85].
