Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species

  • Body length: 6-9 mm. Black, elytra yellow with black specks, sometimes merging into irregular large spots; epipleura yellow, their first third black. The posterior keel on the head of the male is elongated into a horn or bump, the pronotum of the female with a shiny bump. [249].
