I would rather agree with Dmitry here .. 2-3 small white spots - «small spots on costa before the cell» there (it really works sign) + white bar per cent. PC cell at philyra usually much narrower. Therefore, it seems to me, here -Neptis philyroides

Here three small discal spots are imho rather apparent.

Dmitry, would you please look at http://lepidoptera.pro/gallery/21256? I reckon these two are the same species, and the streaks look alike. Would be great to hear your opinion, whether I'm right or wrong.
