Butterflies and music: Malcolm McLaren, Madame Butterfly

Community and ForumBlogButterflies and music: Malcolm McLaren, Madame Butterfly

Lev Bely, 08.09.2012 16:47

Once upon a time Malcolm McLaren presented to Britain a punk rock band Sex Pistols, and himself either performed rather provocative for England as he was especially well-known for being pretty progressive and innovative as to the music or art in general. Same was his 'Madame Butterfly' song based on the homonymous opera, arranged in his way with drum machines and atmospheric synthesizers. Why not, indeed?
