Community and Forum → Blog → Butterflies and music: Andrei Khrzhanovsky, Butterfly
Lev Bely, 17.11.2012 14:24
Andrei Khrzhanovsky, the amazing wizard and great master of animation, makes films that seem to appeal neither to children nor to adults, but to the world as a whole. So does his philosophical parable “Butterfly”, which could be as likely watched on earth, in the sky or even on some remote planet as well where this would be accurately studied (would like to believe). The accompanied music is written by Alfred Schnittke whom you can never have too much of, just as with Khrzhanovsky.
