Breeding of meat fly larvae

Good day to all! I have a maggot farm for fishing. I've been working for quite a long time, but I can't get a very large maggot in Alaska. At the output, I get a maggot weight of about 0.08-0.1 grams, a Pole of 0.14-0.16. I feed minced meat from chicken, the room temperature is about 20 degrees, the density is small. I tried to cook Polish maggots, I get the same kind of fly as me. Interested in ALL information about maggots from English-language sites, Chinese and any other sources, ready to pay for useful information.
Another interesting question is whether different breeds of bees are crossed in beekeeping and a hybrid is obtained, according to the broiler principle in poultry farming. Have any studies been conducted on flies in this direction? My email address Yarroslav80@gmail.com
P.S. If I violated any rules of the Forum, please forgive me.
PSS Interested only in scientific information. Thank you all in advance for your answers.
