Do insects have an analog of money?

Do insects (most likely all social things) have an analog of money? For example, the queen ant secretes pheromones and transmits them to special ants. And dalshete in turn share them with others forcing them to do useful work.

Or are all actions based on instincts?

Money is a purely human and purely harmful invention. The insects didn't fall that low. But the pheromones that work in the way you describe do exist, though not in ants, but in termites, and their function is different: suppression of reproduction. Working insects work on their own accord. Although for some, a kick in the ass from the uterus helps to quickly get involved in the work.

I think this is something far-fetched. What is the equivalent of money that insects can give?. Of course not.
