Hello. I don't understand why Goliaths are in some kind of clay shell. "Is that how they pack them for transportation?"

Another question: - whose footprints are these in the dried mud of the salt lake? Taken on July 1 at my KMV.
- Is this even an insect?

I suspect that these are not someone's footprints, but points of salt crystallization on the surface of the soil.

H. z., what was there "for a clay shell", because now "there is no such page", but there is a suspicion that they mean built that they were cradles built by larvae, but not from their clay, but from a completely different substance - their own excrement. Pupation and further metamorphosis occur in them.

Andreas, your amazing revelations remind me more and more of the hilarious video about the "Siamese frog" - see on YouTube. For example, I would never have thought that an adult man, and even with the manners of a naturalist, might not know what an earthworm looks eek.giflike
