Dmitry, there is nothing that comes to mind, about kantaridki that hung above?

Nothing yet. Is this exactly Crudosilis?

17.03.2014 15:05, akulich-sibiria

I think so. If I say that the label Chernyshov Crudosilis sp will leave the chances of being able to determine the species ? )))

17.03.2014 15:12, scarit

Similar to C. ruficollis. You can use the DV identifier to view it.

The latter are indeterminate lipturins.
Brachyta of some kind?
On the left - from Krasnoyarsk, on the right-from Buryatia.

most likely it is Brachyta interrogationis (Linnaeus, 1758)

Yes, this is an interrogationis, such forms also came across to me

Yes, this is interrogationis, and I've come across such forms before

today I saw a couple of beetles of other colors at Mikhail's, I think Mikhail will put them up today and tomorrow.

18.03.2014 18:42, scarit

Does Mikhail have a collection of barbels from the territory of Khakassia?

Dear colleagues, Here a couple of animals put me in a dead end - I'm not even sure about their family. All are caught in SE Kazakhstan, the first 5 mm, (intuitively I suspect liodid) in soil traps on the sands, the second - some small (3 mm) representative of the tenebrioid complex (aderid?) to the light in the mountains of Sholak (Chulak). Maybe someone like this caught my eye?

The first one I think is someone from Thorictidae

Michael, I have seen a copy of the Crosita altaica Gebl that you have defined. on the Zinovsky site, it really looks very similar http://www.zin.ru/animalia/coleoptera/rus/croaltms.htm
But still, I am inclined to believe that this is Chrysolina jakovlevi Wse. The main difference is that the 3rd member of the hind legs is not dismembered and is slightly wider than the rest. When the specialists unsubscribe, I'll let you know. You also seem to have a male, so I can soak him and look at his genitals if I need to. True I will not place it so beautifully back on the die wink.gif shuffle.gif
According to Medvedev, by the way, Crosita altaica is indicated for Altai, Kazakhstan, and China. There are no instructions for Siberia.

Yes, according to the butterflies I gave you today. It's not from Thailand, it's from Bali. hotel area. Ramada Bintang Bali Resort (East) part of Kuta district) March 2012 smile.gif

well, as I understand it, they are not massive and relatively isolated.

18.03.2014 20:03, akulich-sibiria

By the way, Misha, your beetles identified as Chrysolina jenisseiensis possibly Chrysolina sahlbergiana
Both species were collected by me in Krasnoyarsk as well. By the way, I have one and your beetle Chrysolina jenisseiensis male. It is slightly smaller than the second species 5.5 mm. (sahlbergiana about 7 mm) label 18.06.2007 Krasnoyarsk Krai North-West. surrounding area. Krasnoyarsk. forest-steppe. If your copies are from the same fees, then this is really Chrysolina jenisseiensis smile.gif

the second beetle that I took from you (caught by Zakharzhevsky) turned out to be Oreina basilea basilea (although some tend to believe that Oreina sulcata basilea will be valid), just a rather rare color (purple) caught. Here the difficulty was just a beetle glued to the die, it was not visible zadnegrudi. If you don't mind, I would keep it for myself, if not, I will return it with a box, no problem. smile.gif

Practically none, although I go there every year. Apparently, the steppe part of Khakassia is poor in barbels, not like Buryatia.

I came to the conclusion that identifying Brachyta by its appearance is a lost cause.

Mikhail, you seem to have beetles of a similar coloring, what do I have in the message on this page? While the people are silent, but I still think that this is all variabilis

holewinka of some sort... to determine its genital pull is desirable. It's a male, so there's a good chance.
