SAM_7516 No, it's Hydroporus. Most likely incognitus, but it may also be striola or, less likely, palustris.
SAM_7534 Helophorus sp. This subgenus (Rhopalohelophorus) is defined mostly by genitalia and with extensive comparative material.

1- Pseudocleonus cinereus (Schrank, 1781)
2-It may be Adalia decempunctata, there are individuals without spots on the nadcr.
3-Most likely it is Oenopia conglobata (Linnaeus, 1758), the outline of the spots suggests this. I have a similar cow from Kyrgyzstan.

The cicada is! From Real cicadas. One of those people who yell when the sun goes down... I will not say more precisely if there are other photos of this beast - post them at the above link in the definition of equidistant wings....
