Material from the food of the common starling dated 19.03.20 from Smolevichi district, Minsk region, Republic of Belarus. Open spaces, lawn. The width of the heads is approximately 1.5 mm.

Yes, it is, apparently, Geocoris sp., before the species I would not specify, there are several species with a black head in your zone, although Geocoris ater is the most common.
