For European, as I understand it, you can safely use faunaeur.org. Both the fullness and adequacy of the system are normal. Can you recommend something similar for non-Europe? And while there is nothing more universal than funet, but there are still flaws more often than on the Fauna...

I join the question. About faunaeur.org I think I'll agree.
The flaws in funet are caused by the fact that this old resource, as it seems to me, has not been updated for a long time, and the taxonomy has gone far ahead in development during this time. There are a great many foreign sites, but, let's just say, the resource officially legalized by the nomenclature commission for the Asian region is not visible. Maybe someone can tell you something...
