I didn't find any topics on them, but beetles are very interesting and the subfamily is quite numerous.
I'll start the topic with ?the only one? A representative of the genus Hoplia is found in the southern part of the island and nearby regions.

The beetle is widespread in Meshchera, and I should note that this species has never been found near the house (near the city of Zheleznodorozhny). In the Vladimir region, this year I finally managed to collect a good series (which I am very happy about). Adults there are found on wormwood, motherwort, nivyannik and other meadow plants in the mass in mid-June-early July.
The picture in nature was taken on 16.06.2013.
Beetles were collected on 12.06.2013 in the same place.
Vladimir region, Petushinsky district, okr. der. Starye Omutischi (a meadow on the outskirts of the village itself).
