I just found out the sad news on the ZINA website - Oleg Nikolaevich Kabakov has died. I am sure that it is unnecessary to explain to forum members what loss the domestic coleopterology has suffered. Eternal memory...

I knew Oleg Nikolaevich personally. I was with him on a joint expedition in Western Siberia. A golden man, an excellent specialist, modest, hardworking. And what a storyteller he was...Nature has rewarded him with many talents... What a pity that such people leave!!!
