The photo was not very informative, but it is one of the members of the family Scarabaeidae (Lamellidae). Such a beetle could have got into a package with baby food only by accident, including due to the carelessness/negligence of the manufacturer (if the package was sealed before the beetle was found) or the consumer. For humans, these beetles are not dangerous.

Thanks! The photo is not mine, but the clients, and even in a rage from what they saw, take pictures randomly). It is clear that it is accidental - because this size of a beetle will not pass through a sieve when packing. There was an idea about a scaraboid, but you can't say more precisely. It really looks like Serika. They usually fly to the light-could fly through the window at night, if production is going on.
