The mourning notice was posted on the information stand in the hall where our congress was held on the morning of March 24. Farewell and funeral services were held on March 27 in der. Krasnovo, Kalininsky district, Tver region. The death of Oleg Legezin is a great loss both for the cause that binds us all, and for so many of us personally (I myself have known Oleg since 1991).
