I remember very well when I was 17-18 years old, my father brought a basket with herbs and vegetables from the dacha. There on the handle I saw something small, about 5 millimeters and shaggy, like a caterpillar zalenogo color. I still remember all the fine hairs, and the rays have faded. I took it in my hands and suddenly IT bit me, or released poison. I don't know.

The most interesting thing is that the pain was such that for a few seconds I was kind of in shock. It looked like a bee sting, but jj felt stronger.

What do you think it could be? I live in Primorsky Krai. Thanks!

Most likely it was a caterpillar of a butterfly from the Limacodidae family, judging by the description.
