Yes, mealybug is a big problem... Under its "shell" toxic chemicals usually do not penetrate, you can advise before processing to wash the plants with soap to remove the upper protective layer of worms, and only then poison. As a poison, in my experience, it is quite good to use a flea repellent in ampoules for dogs and cats, for example, neostomazan. The solution is prepared as for the treatment of animals, the leaves of the plant are washed with it, after a few weeks the treatment is repeated, because the pest eggs could remain on the plant, they most often do not die from chemistry.
