1) This is a skin - eating beetle-Attagenus smirnovi, a common inhabitant of apartments. There is a cluster of them in the lamp, because beetles are attracted by the light source, like many insects (they fly to the light).
2) These beetles do not bite and are absolutely not dangerous for humans. Adult beetles do not feed at all (they live off the larva's accumulated reserves), and the larvae are dust consumers in corners, behind baseboards, etc.

I read on the Internet that they bite. they've already bitten all my legs. will dichlorvos help with them?

You can find more than that on the Internet lol.gif. Nonsense. They have nothing to do with your bitten feet.

will dichlorvos help with them?

It will help. But not only from them, but also from you: all this chemistry is no less harmful to humans. Regular wet cleaning, avoiding dust accumulations, looking for possible breeding sites (darkened areas near baseboards, in parquet crevices, in storage areas for wool, fur and leather products, etc.) and eliminating them - these are simple at first glance, but proven measures to start with. And you will always have time to poison yourself with beetles. And don't believe the online gossip about leatherworm bites.

Are there any pets in the house?
Do you have a private house or an apartment in an apartment building?
