Community and ForumHow to get rid of insectsHelp me identify who it is?

Hello!

Please help me determine who it is?

It was found: after the beginning of a very strong tickle in the throat and managed to clear my throat strongly ... the following substance was detected. How it got into the body ... it's a mystery.
I think it's possible with food - I buy bread with seeding (bran), or this larva can hide somewhere else. I do not think that you can yawn so much - so as not to notice such a "surprise"!!
Please help us determine how serious this can be and whether it could have caused harm to the bodyIMG_20151119_2.jpgIMG_20151119_1.jpg.
Thank you in advance!

It resembles the larva of Fannia canicularis, a small housefly: http://www.pesticidy.ru/pest/fannia_canicularis

I think the answer is 5t points!!!
I looked at the specified link - it matches 90%.
Now the mystery is how it could get into the body or respiratory tract, and even almost in the winter season!!! ???
So the question is: how dangerous are they and could they have caused harm???
