I brought several smaragd ground beetles from the Ussuri region. There was only one left alive, and the one that was caught in the very beginning of the summer on June 11. I caught one or two snails before the end of August, but even though I fed them all the same snails, others sooner or later left. Even those that I caught shortly before the return flight, still gradually moved away. I brought only three people home to Kostroma alive. Here I am left alone. I was also very sluggish at the beginning of October and didn't eat anything, but then I became active and when there were no snails and worms, I ate well before marbling cockroaches. Now I buried myself in napkins, which I still use instead of a substrate. How to do this correctly? - leave it at home at room temperature, or take it to the basement, which is under the garage? And in general, will it overwinter...?
