Help identify a biting insect

Community and ForumHow to get rid of insectsHelp identify a biting insect

Dear participants,
We've got someone wound up here. Photo here. You can't do better than that.
http://forum.materinstvo.ru/index.php?view...9649&p=57366697

This is my wife's message. It says how it moves, where it lives.

In addition to this message, I can say that I don't feel them at all. My wife has now left with the child to visit her parents. The SES processed everything yesterday. But they don't know who it is. I didn't see anyone, and I don't see anyone. They say men can't even feel bites.
The wife says that she is bitten further (her parents have 1 night), because in the morning there are bites (2-3, hardly more), and on the child too.
The dermatologist identified the bite as a rat flea. We still have suggestions that a duffel or pubic louse.
The magnifying glass does not allow you to zoom in to get a good look. I need a microscope. Or some kind of powerful magnifying glass.
Please state your assumption and degree of confidence.
The problem is that the wife can not apply all the drugs (or rather, almost none) on herself due to the fact that she feeds and her skin is very dry (atopic dermatitis). Therefore, it is important to determine who it is, so as not to poison yourself and your child in vain.

How worried should I be?

Thank you in advance!

This image is not enough to identify an insect.
You need to at least catch it on tape and take a photo through a "strong" magnifying glass (if there is no microscope).

Thank you. While there is no one to catch, but there are bites.

1) What is a "duffel louse"? Did you mean "wardrobe"? https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9F%D0%BB%...%BE%D1%88%D1%8C
2) Pubic lice infection in 99% - through sexual contact. wink.gif

About 10 days ago, the SES came and processed the apartment. Now we find rarely-2 times-dead and all in the bathroom. There is a suspicion that they go through ventilation.
The wife says that she has weak bites (assumption).

A head louse. Find it in the bathroom, because that's where your child combs. Look carefully at her hair, at the roots of her hair. Children often bring such things from kindergartens/schools/sections right now.

The child is 2 months old... He certainly didn't bring it from anywhere. If only from the hospital. And then, then rather a wife.

You at least counted the number of legs - 4 pairs, clearly a tick.

Well, maybe. On January 1, anything can be imagined tongue.gif

A flea maybe? Or definitely not?

Thanks!
So, it's not a flea or a louse?
Definitely a tick? I must say that it did not move slowly through the body.
What other data can help you determine with more confidence?

garland, how was this picture taken? With overhead or side lighting, there would be more information about the creature than with a picture in transmitted light.
I understand that it is very difficult to shoot such small animals without special devices.
In this picture, it is a little unclear how many pairs of legs he has?
Sometimes a simple drawing (sketch) and a verbal description can tell you more about an animal than a low-quality photo.

I am not at all an expert on insects, I can only assume that these can be parasites of birds or rodents (pukhoedov or lice), and there are several suborders and a large number of species.

After a short absence, several dead individuals were found on the drain tank. We thought we had beaten them. In one of the photos, the legs are clearly visible.
Ses said that they have more global tasks than such a small thing to consider. Don't know where to contact for analysis?
Thank you.

what city?

Moscow

I know there's a hygiene center on Grafsky. Maybe we can go there.

Do bedbugs come in the bathroom?

23.01.2017 14:47, Necrocephalus

If you are from Moscow, please bring them to us. I'll send the address to the soap. Bedbugs from neighbors can come through the channels of water pipes. Just in time for the bathroom.
