Hello. Tell me please. what kind of insects are in the photo. We have a wooden house, recently such beetles began to appear on the walls and curtains. they don't look much like beetles. More like ants, only the body is long and the legs are big and the bonds are even bigger. the photo shows barbels of the genus Molorchus. They may cause minor damage to freshly cut houses. But they will not be able to cause serious damage in the process of drying the log house. They will disappear in a year or two by themselves.

I don't think that's a good idea. breathe insecticide not only for beetles, but also for you. This is clearly not a bug worth poisoning.
