Definitely not C. lucifuga. C. lucifuga has no yellow margins in its forewings whilst this specimen has and a huge one. I agree with Alexandr here that this is most likely Cucullia balsamitae though this species never mentioned in Moscow region, will be a new one in the hood.

Can't it be C. lucifuga? The latter and umbratica are most common here (shot approx. 10km around my place).

I would say that this Cucullia balsamitae, but then there will be a new kind for the region, it should be everywhere on the lists you define to spread further.
