Neptis philyra/philyroides can be surely differentiated by genitalia. Another distinctive feature of philyroides (according to Bozano) is its three small streaks of white on the costal margin, I checked mine specimens collected, so they come up to this feature, can't swear on the Bible though. This very specimen doesn't seem to have such streaks, therefore Neptis philyra might be assumed.
