Hm. Why mess?.. When a comment is translated by a professional translator, such comment is marked with a special note, and when some user just comments directly in English in Russian version, that will be shown without any marks indicating that it was written originally by user. The latter is absolutely freewill, no obligations to translate comments if someone (me, for one) doesn't speak English quite well.

No need in separate field. I just took this moth out of the admin panel not once :) So I wrote in English then. If everyone starts commenting in English as well, there will be such a mess. Should be only one who takes care of translations.

Vasily, please don't comment in English in Russian version. Foreign users won't see them anyway. For those who want to comment also in English along with Russian there will be individual field later.
