Such taxonomic conclusion seems most proper. Let's leave the gender by Synev, till the next catalogue issue. :)

Quite curious moth) This is Goniorhynchus, but the species... According to Synev, there is only one Goniorhynchus in Far East, Goniorhynchus explicatalis (Christoph, 1881). Yet there's rather recent publication by A. N. Streltsov, V. V. Dubatolov and A. M. Dolghikh called "New founds of Pyraloidea in Bolshehehtsirsky State Natural Reserve (near Khabarovsk) in 2008—2011 yy. (Amursky Zoological magazine 2012) explicatalis is described as a clausalis synonym and here's this remark: "This species known in local lepidopterological literature as Goniorhynchus explicatalis (Christoph, 1881) was described by G. Christoph as Botys explicatalis. H. Inoue while revising typical material of G. Christoph established that was Mecyna gracilis
(Butler, 1879) synonym whilst Goniorhynchus Hampson, 1896 distributed in Russia should have been called as Goniorhynchus clausalis (Christoph, 1881)".
