Hypomecis phantomaria maybe (Synev)? It's called Phthonosema phantomaria on http://www.boldsystems.org, only one pic with a note this is the only specimen from Russia http://www.boldsystems.org/index.php/Taxbrowser_Taxonpage?taxid=398790 (Phthonosema also on > szmn.sbras.ru)

Looks quite similar to Japanese Apocleora rimosa (Butler, 1878)
http://www.jpmoth.org/Geometridae/Ennominae/Apocleora_rimosa.html
http://mushinavi.com/navi-insect/data-ga_edasyaku_kurokumo.htm (more shots available)
Yet there is no such species in Far East according to Synev (I checked as well Сleora genus which has only three species in Far East (2 of them are in 37th region), no one fits.
Curious what's this species... Hope experts can help)
