Agree with Irina basing on Far East. This is most likely Calliteara pseudabietis female: http://www.jpmoth.org/Lymantriidae/Calliteara_pseudabietis.html
besides these two species have no distinctions in appearance according to the actual data. Genitalia only: "Calliteara pudibunda (Linnaeus, 1758) and Calliteara pseudabietis Butler, 1885 distinctive features in the outer morphology and genitalia structures were proved with molecular researches" (The "Eversmannia" magazine, vol. 31—32, 2012 http://eversmannia.entomology.ru/31-32.htm
