Now it seems so Thyris usitata ussuriensis Zaguljaev, 1985, but I still see Thyris fenestrella, and not Thyris usitata Butler, 1879 http://szmn.sbras.ru/picts/Heterocera/Thyrididae/Thyris_ussuriensis.htm
