Uncertain identification. Two much similar species and Mr Nikolaev thought there are but one. I linked it.

It's Protaetia (Netocia) interruptocostata (Ballion, 1871) or P. (Netocia) bogdanoffi (Solsky, 1876), I can't say definitely, the image is too small.
