Insects and wild lily

Dear forum participants,
there is a dispute between us nerds. It is claimed that the common wild locust lily (Lilium martagon, Lilium pilosiusculum, Lilium caucasicum) is limited to self-pollination. It turns out that she doesn't need to produce such large bright flowers, it seems. In this regard, and the question:

Are there any photos and observations of sheds with insects (butterflies, beetles, etc.) on the flowers or leaves?

So far, there are only hawthorns and motleywort.

Garden lilies (leaves and petals) are gnawed by lily rattles (Lilioceris lilii, Chrysomelidae) I myself observed almost completely eaten flowers... But there is no photo. M. B. during the" meal " and pollination occurs.

N. Yu. FEOKTISTOVA "Nocturnal life of plants "
" Some species have adapted to attract their pollinators precisely at night. To do this, they use different means: both the smell that increases by night, and the color that is pleasant and noticeable to the eyes of nocturnal pollinators – white or yellowish-beige. Moths fly to these flowers. They pollinate the flowers of......, curly lily (Lilium martagon) and a number of other plants. "

Maybe it's not a fact, but ????

That's what's so alarming about self-pollination information.
