Aulacidae are also horsemen. And this is Helconidea (or Wroughtonia, as you like) ruspator (Linnaeus, 1758) - Braconidae: Helconinae. Larvae are parasitized in various barbel beetles.

1.1 - a female of some kind of lasius from among the temporary social parasites. Probably Lasius fuliginosus.
3.1, 3.2 - Tetramorium s. p.
4. 1, 4.2-Genus Formica, Subgenus Serviformica. Most likely Formica cunicularia or Formica cinerea.
