Exactly so! Thank you very much!

Thanks! I would have tried, but I'm a complete zero in zhuzhly smile.gif

Then take my word for it. But how did you define it then?

28.10.2015 23:29, Woodmen

A species from the subgenus Eupetedromus Netolitzky, 1911. I can't get to the view from the photo from your region, but you need to choose from two-dentellum (Thunberg, 1787) and ruthenum Tschitscherine, 1895. By color rather the second.

Eugene, thank you!
Both species are included in the regional list of ground beetles: http://www.zin.ru/animalia/coleoptera/pdf/...05_carab_ko.pdf

Hello, help me identify the beetles: barbel and two tribax. The barbel is either ragean or lepturine-I don't know exactly, black and brown, with reddish spots (two on the shoulders, one on the top of the elytra). Tribaks - like both cherkassikusa-they are almost all on the same face for me ))) Collected in July in Khasaut district, KCR.

Igor, thank you, I didn't doubt the tribax on your account )) By the way, an interesting variability in the barbel-as I assumed, it belongs to ragiins, but only this kind is not present in Bey-Bienko, and there it is called Evodinus

Yes, handsome! I was in Crete, but I didn't see him there, maybe not even on the islands... We have morimus verecundus in the Caucasus - also an interesting beetle, in the Kavminvod region a fairly common species.

parasimilis from Cryobius, absent in Stavropol region. This is from Phonias, something simple, look up the key to any diligens/strenuus/ovoideus. For the latter, it is rather small, like.

The second one does not seem to me like pseudopedius, it has a wide back at the base and a small one, again. But what it is, I don't understand, alas.
