I looked again - this is a bronze female and it is much smaller than the male sycophant and is alarming in the bronze one - a narrower prsp. and a number of other signs ( the shape of grooves and rows between them) - which can attribute it to a large female inquisitor cupreum Dejean, 1826

those. still inquisitor, and a subspecies of cupreum ? Not an inquisitor inquisitor ? The dotted line is really similar to the bronze one, but it looks very different from the usual bronze one, which is common in our country... just here is our usual inquisitor . Maybe that's some kind of hybrid between species? Is this possible?

beautiful photos, but there is one THING BUT, except for altika, none of them can be on an oak leaf(staffs and agonum could run past)! if you describe the plant and the conditions under which the beetle was collected /photographed, it will significantly increase the chances of correct identification.
68-Gonioctena (Goniomena) pallida (Linnaeus, 1758) most likely, but it is better to look at the pussy, there are such extra collected?
69-Altica sp. the male is good luck wink.gif

And how did you determine the gender from the photo??? I suffer with instances and sometimes "tear" everyone weep.gif

males of the altic tend to have longer antennae and a fossa on the anal sternite

And how did you determine the gender from the photo??? I suffer with instances and sometimes "tear" everyone weep.gif

you just need to tear EVERYONE up! collect lots and make preparations for both males and females! mark the feeding season. in general, altiki are not small beetles, but very "muddy", sometimes even the male does not "go" wall.gifI do not understand why so far no one has taken confused.gifup them for a long time I dream of reshooting the spermatechs and separating "A" from "B" at a primitive level, but all hands do not reach frown.gifalthough the material costs a lot and It's lying there.
I don't remember where the info came from in my head, but....altik has a sex ratio from 1/4 to 1/10 in favor of females, so I think it's just necessary to tear everyone up and divide them at least into sp1, sp2, ... I think there will be interesting things, even in the middle lane. and until the "mission" has arrived, you need to save and multiply your material wink.gif
about gender-general principles of external sexual differences-proportions - length of whiskers, width of the body and paws. put 50 Chaetocnema dies in front of you and you will find males without a microscope wink.gif

I confess, all these photos are "studio", because of the cold spring, the native plants on which the beetles gathered were with very small foliage, so I had to take what was at hand for the background...
If I ever found a bug for the first time, I would have known that I needed it - I would have saved it...
Staffs and ground beetles were all collected from the ground or leaf litter, 70-from a birch tree, 61-in a village house, 62 - I don't remember, but they look like dandelions, 68-like from a willow tree, but I can't say for sure.

Defining word-as a rulelol.gif, You sort of spread out according to external signs - you start to tear "males" - but not - part of the female weep.gif

A species from the subgenus Eupetedromus Netolitzky, 1911. I can't get to the view from the photo from your region, but you need to choose from two-dentellum (Thunberg, 1787) and ruthenum Tschitscherine, 1895. By color rather the second.

For Ilya Zabaluev, follow this link: http://www.zin.ru/Animalia/Coleoptera/rus/nebkasza.htm
No, it's not kaszabi, and probably not even Pseudonebriola. According to all indications, it is Nebria (Boreonebria) subdilatata Motschulsky, 1844. In this case, its size should be 10-12 mm. Try to check it out!
