Today, Sakhalin. It is very interesting to find out what kind of view. Thank you.

Brachionycha sp., most likely B. nubeculosa, since B. sajana is darker and there is no data on it for Sakhalin.

Is it uncella or unguicella? Caught in the Strife, 500 meters away from the heather, by the way, it also met Lypusa maurella and Agrotera nemoralis. Large, with dark hind wings, maybe even upupana?

A discarded uncella.

Well, I'll get unguicella tomorrow in Tugolesye if a fresh GFS run doesn't break me off with the weather))

23.05.2016 19:51, Shamil Murtazin

Pancalia schwarzella/nodosella

are the differences genital?

23.05.2016 21:50, Vlad Proklov

are the differences genital?

In males, yes.
Try to take a picture of the female - they have a white sector on their whiskers.
If the mustache is thickened and strongly curved - nodosella.

There is also P. leuwenhoekella, but the silvery band nearest the root is torn.

In principle, you can meet all three species there and hang out together=)

This is a female Boudinotiana notha
I reviewed and compared Archiearis parthenias, the female of notha is lighter.
