The larva was found in coniferous lumber ( Ukraine, Dnipropetrovsk region), length 1.5-1.75 cm, width 1.5 mm. it's kind of hard to define.. wall.gif

It is actually a larva of Xylophagus sp. (Diptera). And the larvae drilled legs are very well developed smile.gif
