Are Tarentla and Alopecosa synonyms?

Community and ForumTaxonomy. ClassificationAre Tarentla and Alopecosa synonyms?

I found information about spiders of the Lycosidae family in the directory of the times of the USSR.
There is one genus Tarentula, which is not found in other sources. The reference book does not include the genus Alopecosa, which may have appeared later. Most likely, the genus Tarentula was renamed to the genus Alopecosa. Is it so?

Ask a question on the blog of K. Mikhailov, he just finished a new catalog of spiders in Russia.
http://natchalnik.livejournal.com/
"Yesterday, at night, I sent out to my arachnological colleagues a draft of my catalog of spiders from the territories of the former USSR, which I spent the last week working on, making handwritten edits to the previous version. Previously, the catalog update was interrupted in 2000, then it was time for business and all sorts of depressions. Now I'm slowly coming out of my depressions. By the fall, I hope to do something more decent than a draft - because at the moment the update is approximately at the level of 2004"

Yes, Tarentula is a synonym for Alopecosa. This is already in the determinant of spiders by Tyschenko (1971).
